First time I've come onto the site in 6-7 months, its actually sad to see how bad its become. Place went to shit once VS came in and it was clear from day 1 that they couldn't care less about the community. I remember when I first joined and the forums were flooded with users posting. You'd login after missing a few days and have 2,000+ new post...after 6-7 months off the site says there are less than 1,300 new posts.....YIKES!

Props to those still trying to keep this place alive, I hope one day you're able to see it get back to what it once was. Sadly VS doesn't seem like its going to help get it there. As they say, all good things must come to an end and it looks like this is it. I stopped collecting die-cast 3-4 years ago and have sold off most of my collection. Still enjoyed coming here to talk racing, but again after VS came on board it just wasn't the same. Was hoping to see things had gotten better since I last left, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I was fortunate enough to meet a lot of great collectors and fans on this site and I learned so much about the hobby. Best of luck to everyone!

unfortunately since the diecast market has not been good over the last several years, most that used to frequent this site have lost interest and gone away. that is why i think this site is not used as much as well as the VS thing.
