Default planning a trip

Ok, so I am planning a trip to NC in a few weeks. So, i wanted some opinions on where some good places to visit. obviously im looking for NASCAR shops an such, where is a good place, what shops are worth passing? For sure i am going to RCR after seeing the pctures from 43/24/88fan. I'm thinking RCR, Roush, DEI, Race World USA, and The memory lane racing mueseum.

any suggestions or comments would be greatly appriciated!! :top:

Kurt Busch has KBI on Lugnut lane. He has a number of his raced cars including his IROC car and a number of my models on display. I have heard DEI is more like the rock and roll hall of fame and sucks...apparently they have a number of guitars and a gift shop...this was from a HUGE DEI fan...never been there myself. Penske is pretty cool. heard Gibbs is IMMACULATE and something to see.

I mean I built them, they display them...just delivered the DP3 Rolex car at Bristol. The dirt dwarf car is on it's way back from an 'accident'...fell off a shelf and busted the front axle and wheels off...oops. There is a gold ML car, purple Iroc...gosh I think a gold 39 PRS car Texas first win, exide truck...hurricane relief...should be a few more...can't remember what he has and what I still need to fill. I have a 97 Monte Carlo and 98 T-Bird in progress.

Actually Bobbys shop ( time4sports ) is more a College sweat shirt hat shop than Nascar,. Sue's is right down the street but both are pretty far away if your in the Charlotte area,.
Roush /Fenway Racing is very close to Lowes Motor Speedway likewise with Hendrick Motorsports,. & Ganassi/Earnhardt all 3 shops are right there within 3-5 miles from Lowes. There is a Action diecount store in Concord Mills Mall, you see it,. its the only mall around. HUGE MALL. Penske & KBI & Hall of Fame Museum are all in Mooresville, Check out the Sam Bass Gallery right next door to Lowes on the right hand side of the track,. Simpson is also right there,. & quite a few places to check out just driving around that area,. chances of catching Jack Roush hangin out at the shop are pretty good, we've bumped into him at least 6 different times,. David Ragan seems to hang out at the shop alot also,.. no tellin you could run into. Take a GPS with you,. & find the addresses to the shop it will save ya alot of headache if you don't know where to go....
