The Kissables cars are generally easy to find for a good price. The Hershey's Kisses cars are too. The one that's hard to find is the Milk Chocolate one.

Yeah i know but most that i see on ebay or what not is way too high on what I am willing to spend for it. If I have to I will just wait til Dover or til I find a good deal on it. Thank you though

That's likely your best bet because otherwise you're going to pay at least an extra $8-$10 for shipping.
