It's about time MLB properties sued. Upper Deck released a letter last week that they sent to the distributors begging them not to remove their products. Saying their cards were legal, siting a legal precedent, and all. I knew when Topps got the exclusive right to MLB this year, there would be fireworks.

I knew that exclusive rights was a dumb idea. I no longer buy baseball cards since there is no Upper Deck.
