I'm selling their licensed products so no permission is needed. If I were creating products and putting their logo on them without their consent then that would be illegal. It's no different than any department store having a brand name or logo in an ad or on a sign.

So you buy directly from WWE or one of their distributors? I just don't want you to get in trouble, McMahon seems like the type to have a bunch of pitbull lawyers.

I do buy from two of the largest WWE suppliers in the US. Vince has been very aggressive in recent years in pursuing legal action against any individuals that have been selling counterfeit merchandise especially homemade videos of their events. Every time I see a listing on eBay or Craigslist with someone selling their videotape collection, I know they will be getting a cease and desist order very quickly!
