Wawondering on the new 1971 Mercury Cyclone Darrell Waltrip #95 Terminal Transport car how did the diecast end up with a white nose when the original car that sits at DW's shop. It was also ask to DW & He didn't even know why they did it that way.

I can tell you exactly why, the Car DW has in his shop was rebuilt and repainted. University of Racing did the car off a series of photos taken from the TRACK, thus making sure the car is the most realistic possible as it was on the track, not as a restored car that sits in DW's place. Which would you rather have, the car as it sits in DW's museum (which is still cool BTW) or the car as it was actually raced on the track.

There was a '71 cyclonewith a white nose, but it was driven in '73 and had white door numbers too.

Your Right! Scott @diecastcarsnc Id rather have the car that was raced on the track, instead of a museum piece.
