Heard a rumor on here that r and r is not going to be making any more diecast! Has anyone else heard this or know if there is any truth to it??

I hope its false but they sure havent done much lately. No Stewart Chili Bowl or any midgets lately for that matter and so far there havent been any Knoxville special schemes announced. Hope they are just waiting on those until they get unveiled though.

Hello it does not look promising for any future diecast of Sprints and Midgets.All of R&R diecast inventory is up for sale at discounted prices in there store warehouse in Missouri.

Apparel is a much more profitable business.You dont need 6 months lead time.You dont have to fight as hard with Sponsors,contingency Sponsors,Owners and jump through several hoops and make prototypes etc.

Also doesnt help when you have people who leave you holding the bag on there car!!!Can spoil your want.

Hope they still are going to do what pre orders they have up know. I have been waiting on the Steve Kinser sprint car for a while now!

I am sure R&R will fulfill there contracts with drivers as far as diecast.

I hope so! That is going to suck not having any sprints or midgets! Oh well I guess I should just be happy to have the ones that I do!
