NEW FEATURE* Live Topics

Technical Details:

If a thread has been posted in 300 seconds then its now Live, if other users are viewing the Live topic and are on the last page they will experience a clean ajax experience while talking to other members. Once the thread is older than 300 seconds its no longer Live and it will now act like a normal thread.

There is also logic for the viewer, the viewer of the thread has to be in an active state to see responses. An active user state is determined upon the users actions, if no actions were made in 300 seconds then the user is marked as inactive.

Simply put, if you start a new topic or post a reply...and you stay in the topic during the next 300 seconds someone replies then the reply will be posted for you automatically. If you were then to reply, the other person (if they are still viewing the topic) would see your reply instantly. This new feature makes topics act as live chats for the duration of 300 seconds after a reply has been made.
