Default Proud of Dave at Infineon

I am so proud of Dave this weekend. He qualified that shit box (pardon my french) 19th. Now if they just had a car w/the ability and/or the intentions of running the whole race. It is so depressing to see him languishing in this junk ride. I would hate for him to end his career in this car.

Good run for him. That seems to be a trademark of Phil Parsons owned teams. He likes to have a strong motor. In the Nationwide Series, his two cars have a remarkably high qualifying rate despite not usually being in a locked position. They usually qualify well, but still will retire 10 laps into the race. Does he even seek sponsorship or is it just cheaper to do what he does? I would think Blaney is capable of landing a better ride than this. Even if it's Nationwide or Trucks... at least you're racing, not coasting to the garage after 20 laps. It's a shame.
