Gordon missed practicing the #7 Pittsburgh Paints Toyota at Pocono Raceway Saturday to run the Baja 500. Travis Kvapil practiced the car for Gordon, who will run the Pocono 500 on Sunday.(6-7-2009)

You gotta give him credit he is a racing fool.He was in the points lead earlier this season and was going to run all the races.I would be interested to see where he is in the standings now.

If I am not mistaken (which I may be), Robby has run every race so far in the 2009 SCORE International Desert Series season (3 of 5), with 2 wins (Laughlin Desert Challenge and Baja 500) and a second place (San Felipe 250), so he should still be the point leader in the trophy truck class and overall. The last two races are the SCORE Terrible's Primm 300 (Sept. 11-13) and the SCORE Baja 1000 (Nov. 19-22).

The only scheduling conflict I see is the Terrible's Primm 300 race in September (per the SCORE International website), it is the same weekend as Richmond, so, he may not run that one. That may hurt him in the Overall points, but should keep him close on the Trophy Truck points.
