Those where what the original windows looked like for the Chevy prototype COT car.

Those look like Monte Carlo windows. Also it is a new series. Its actually an Action car.

I like how the action/winner circle cheap stuff now has black window nets, but the windows seem weird

It's a series for young kids...can't expect too much! Winners Circle will continue to have clear windows.
