I don't see anything on the car that indicates that it is a prototype. The only reason you would believe it is a proto is because the seller says it is.

the decals are from 04 and 05 the yellow line at the bottom is from 04. in 05 it was camo also the rear deck lid in 04 it says "Remington" in 05 it was Tracker  2004 2005

That is Martin's 2004 Championship car. I have that and the only diff I see is that this car has the Tracker Boats on the decklid and my car has Remington on it. It could be a proto. The other thing about it is that his 04 was a mirror chrome (silver) and the 05 was a color chrome (more black but shiny) so it can't be a cross between the two.
