Anyone know if the HW Indy cars have been discontinued ? All Targets in this area have both 1:64 and 1:24 on clearance for 50% off, and appear to have left no shelf spaces for them in their new reset.

I don't think so they might be makeing new room for the new series of cars what are comeing out in Feb.

I thought they had like a 3 or 5 year contract on them

Doubt they've been canned. Most likely they are discounted because either:
A) The batch hasn't sold well at current prices.
B) They need the shelf space for the 2010's
or the less likely C) Hot Wheels decided to ditch IRL and make only Danica Patrick die-cast to sustain them until she fully moves to NASCAR.

They are reduced at all my targets but not walmart.

Or Target has stopped selling them and Wal-Mart will be the only option. When I go to our Targets they seem to be selling decently, but now they aren't. First few stocks sold out now they are peg warmers. Not enough selection to many produced.

Haven't seen them yet at Wal-Mart, wonder if they have the same mix with both Target cars. Wish Target would clear out the old Winners Circle stock that they've had some since '07.

there in wal mart? thats news to me the press release showed out of the stores we will have access to while over it was target and toys r us only

Maybe Wal-Mart didn't have them I thought they did.
