Greg Jennings get more $$$ with extension from the Pack

ESPN reports that Greg Jennings' three-year extension will pay him $27M in "new money," and includes $16M guaranteed.

It isn't formally signed yet, but clearly FOX 6 Milwaukee was right that Jennings' extension was coming. They were just wrong to call him the NFL's second highest paid receiver. Jennings can earn $3M more if he performs at a "Pro Bowl level" through 2012, but even then the deal's max value is $30.535M ($7.63M annually). T.J. Houshmandzadeh averages $8M a year. GM Ted Thompson continues to reprove himself as one of the best deal makers going.
