Default How far off is the current truck tooling?

How far off is the current truck tooling for the Chevys from what races on the track?

I'm thinking of preordering a Hornaday Championship raced version and just want to know if I'm going to be vastly disappointed if I get it.

Thanks.

Considering the trucks don't change nearly as much as the Cup cars do I would assume they aren't off much at all. The truck toolings have always been off in my opinion just because of the way they are built.

its just the grille area thats off. THe trucks went to a common template type design years ago for the real truck so on most of the trucks the back half of the truck is really similar anyway. Its just the grille area on the chevy's thats off now. I wish they would change it and if it was still Action they would have, MA refuses to change anything.

Well when they only do a handful of trucks a year they can't afford to change the toolings.

I cannot figure out, why as popular and as much exposure as the trucks and the Nationwide Series gets now, that they don't make more trucks and NNWS cars.
I think this is another place they are missing the boat.

Ken they are money happy morons that love fuckin over the common collector of what they sell. Begin smart ass rant now.

MA is going bankrupt MA is going under soon we won't have anything and ya know what it kinda makes me happy. Means no more wasting my money on "toys", and no more wasting my money on race tickets because we all know we only go to the races for the merchandise trailers. End smart ass rant now.

Trucks won't make MOQ in their opinions yet they never poll collectors to find out if they will or not. Just like they claim Cup is the premier series while ticket sales are dropping like rocks and while truck ticket sales are going up. But then they keep upping the prices for truck races so that will end soon. I think Gateways tickets for both Nationwide and Trucks went up like $20.
