MA said they will not produce it because Hasbro wont give them the license to do it. It could stem from the fact that Hasbro used to own Winners Circle and then Action bought them out and now they are MA. But I do know that all pre orders were cancelled. This older post will fill in all the blanks. This Sucks....

I am definitely not an 18 fan (as a few members can attest to here!) but that's one I would buy, just as I bought the Indiana Jones raced win car last year. There are some cars that just belong in a collection. What a shame that one's not being made! There may have been more of a possibility if he would have won in it, but now I fear there's no chance whatsoever.
