Buyer beware!

Thought you guys might want to know of some false advertising. The post that was put up about some ARCA cars of Patrick Sheltra are advertised as DODGES. Well they are not. They are 2005 Team Caliber CHEVY molds. One has DODGE markings tampoed on the front. Sad. To add insult to injury they are nothing more than 2005 Team Caliber "Pit Stop" molds as well. No markings on the tires (Hoosier or Goodyear, one car is supposed to be ARCA and the other a Nationwide). Why they did not go with a DODGE mold is beyond me. There are many available via Team Caliber, CFS, Action, and even ERTL (RC2). :bird:

I have no problem supporting teams, but at $60 a pop, this is downright, false advertising and a rip-off. Just putting it out there so no one else makes the same mistake I did.

Damn straight I did. Also wrote Sheltra's team as well.

I am pretty sure that Sheltra's cars WERE Chevys, but he is now all Dodge. both of them are also ARCA cars, also, not Nationwide.

yea i was watching the arca race in daytona they where saying how he had a RCR car so yea he mustof drove chevys but i remember the past year at least he has been driving chevys

That's fine. He drove/still drives Chevys from time to time. My point is do not be lazy and put DODGE markings on a Chevy diecast and pass it off for $60 as something it is not. It's not chump change and if I'm getting a Pit Stop car in the deal it needs to be the right DODGE body as advertised.

You can see it clear as day in the pictures on the site, they show the pictures of the diecast you get, and it was also mentioned in the thread on here that they were cheap plastic cars, so thats your fault for not looking into it.
