Very unique find !!!

I got a call today from a guy that saw my ad in the paper. He said that he had gone to an estate sale near Jackson, MS several years ago. The estate had belonged to the late owner of the Jackson Motor Speedway which apparently held Nascar races in the circuit's earlier years. Many of you are more in touch with racing history than I am but this stuff sounded really cool and unique. The guy claims that he had purchased a box lot of Nascar items at the estate sale. In the box were the following: old race programs from late 60s-early 70s, payout sheets that drivers had to sign to get their race checks, driver meeting agendas outling rule changes and any driver promotions for the week, pit access forms that had to be signed by guests and family members to get into pit area (signed by several driver's families, Wayne Gretzky, Archie Manning, etc.), race entry forms that had to be filled out to enter lower level races, Racing magazines addressed to Cale Yarborough's grandfather and Peyton/Eli Manning's grandfather, and a lot more unique stuff! I don't know my Nascar history but it seemed that this guy knew what he was talking about as he was providing details from each piece. It seemed like a lot of stuff that would only be available to those on the inner circle at tracks or those that worked at a track. I thought it sounded like some cool stuff especially for some of you guys that enjoy the history of racing. Has anyone ever seen similar items? If so what do they generally sell for? Any help would be appreciated. I'm just trying to help the guy get rid of everything at a fair price.
