As long as you arn't going to try and print white I would say go with the Photosmart I have one and it is phenomenal with the decals. Also you can get the ink for it at amazon and get all new cartridges for about 15$ shipped.

I currently use the HP Photosmart D7560 and the decals are great. You just have to play around with the settings on Photoshop or whatever editing program you are using.
