Default Question on removing paint

So I decided I would try a custom. I have taken the car apart and have soaked the car in acetone.
I cannot seem to get the paint off in small cracks/crevices very well. Also how about underneath the car? Just get as much off as possible and paint over the rest?

Any suggestions?

For all diecast METAL parts (body, mostly) I use Kleen Strip airplane paint stripper. You dip the casting into the stripper, making sure it's well coated, then set it aside. Let the chemicals eat into the paint for about 5 minutes and then rinse off with water. To get into the cracks and crevices, I use an old toothbrush. If you still can't get all of it off, I use my Xacto knife and remove the rest.

WARNING: Be sure to read the label on the can before you open it. Paint stripper is very harmful and can cause serious injury or death. Be sure to use chemical gloves and safety goggles, and a chemical apron. Please use in a well ventilated area - the fumes are very bad for your lungs!
