Default Need help with my first custom.

I am trying to custom this 2007 Shane Huffman #88 NAVY:

To a 2007 Brad Keselowski #88 NAVY. So heres where you custom makers come into play.

I need to:
  • 1: Figure out how to remove decals
  • 2: Get a decal that says 'KESELOWSKI' like he used in 2007 & 2008 to display his name
  • 3: Figure out how to apply decals safely
All I will be changing on this car is the name above the door. Thanks guys and help me out! Thanks in advance.

Whoever can find/make the decals I need will either recieve:
A few cards of your choice
Or a few dollars PayPal/Cash.

If you're just going to remove Shane's name, it's best to use acetone nail-polish remover and rub it and the name will come off, don't rub too hard or the white will come off too. Also you won't have to go through the process of taking apart the car since you're only replacing decals and not repainting.

I don't have a great printer so my decals aren't as good as they could be, but I'll tell you how to apply decals.

1. Rub vinegar on the place you're going to apply the decal.
2. Cut out the decal and place it in warm-hot water.
3. Peel the decal off and use your thumb to position it on the model (I have worked with very durable decals so I don't know if you should use this with other decals)
4. Dry excess water with towel and apply layer of vinegar.
5. Let the decals dry for several hours before touching them.

Edit: If you know what font the name is, I might be able to try something.

Thanks for the advice! If you want, PM me your address and I will send you a few Newman cards.
What do you mean by 'font'? If you mean for Keselowski I will try to find an image of it for you. Thanks!
