Default a couple earnhardt customs

here's a couple earnhardt customs i did 5-6 years ago. i'll have to dig out some of the others to get pics. all of my customs are stripped to bare metal. then i use dupont paint products. i'll apply a thin coat of metal etching primer, then apply the base coat..... however many different colors. once dry, lay out all of the decals, and then spray on 1-2 nice wet coats of clear.

Isn't Dupont used on almost all cars to this day?

Don't get me wrong, they are well done, but why did you do cars that are available?
Why not do cars that you cannot get?

i used to build cars that action didn't make. and every time i did, action would produce it. davey allisons lancaster 85 m.c., jeff burton's #8 baby ruth t-bird, harvick's black numbered 29 car from rockingham 2001, waltrips 83 pepsi m.c. that's just to name i few. so i figured, why bother.

actually, the earnhardt "sign"car with the white trunk, as far as i know, action never made it like that. and i never had an action GW lumina in the original old school lumina mold. so, that's why i did that one.

the only car i can remember making that wasn't eventually done by action was the #32 dale jarrett shoe world lumina. i know racing champions did it, but i think it was only in 1/64.
