Figured that's what happened. I didn't realize he was that popular! Especially since the car didn't run!

Why would you pay that much for a car that Action is sceduled to release? Especially when it is not even Petty Blue?

The Kelly Bires car, and the Paul Menard car in the background, however, are both excellent top notch pieces.

action hasn't scheduled this car for production and probably won't, which they should since it's got so much popularity

Wrong, Action has scheduled this car to come out (the #44). The only full-time car from a non-single car team that hasn't been announced to be produced in 1/64 is the 07 (for obvious reasons). The #47 was canceled by CFS, and thats the only 1/64 canceled for an entire line.

there has been no official announcement that this car is being made. the pre-order that was posted a few days ago states that it is not an officially announced program within the description. i do wish this car is made though.

i'm gonna go ahead and place my pre-order for it. I haven't lost anything if they don't produce it but will have a really neat car if they do.

I think there will be high demand for it. It's a retro scheme along with a popular driver right now so it should be a hit.
