These cars were actually painted? The Andy Santerre ones I have and have seen are completely gold, no paint.

That's not a real car. Someone put a set of decals on a car they stripped. Racing Champions lost the licsence to Jeff in 1997, that body is from 1998. A waste of a rare set of decals. This is more of the kind of crap that gives those of us working to make cars that the companys choose to ignore a bad name.
