the decals are all spread out and not very good looking. Its not from 2000 like mentioned it would have to be from late 98 or early to mid 99 before he went to the sign car and like mentioned there is no indications of hood pins. I say its just a regular monte carlo hood that has made its rounds through "collectors" and nobody knows what it is or how to tell it apart.

I would say fake to. Just doesn't look right to me and I would like to see the other side of it.

if you look real close, the lower left pic looks like it may show evidence of hood pin holes. maybe.

Looks like it's from 1999 (if it's real). The 2000 Monte Carlo's hood was different than that.
