First of all, if you're new to the community and looking to buy or sell then let me be the first to welcome you and wish you good luck!

Everyone is free to post what they want to buy or sell and make deals with other members here. We have a full featured trader rating system with positive and negative rating options. I encourage everyone to use it because the ratings follow you from post to post. We also have an area to post about experiences with other members that is not as likely to be seen so once again I encourage everyone to use the feedback system put in place here.

I expect anyone who joins the community with the intentions of only trying to sell to provide some kind of details about yourself when trying to sell such as your Ebay ID or a personal email address that you can be reached at. Please do not join for the purpose of selling without providing a way to contact you and a good reference such as an Ebay or Amazon ID with positive feedback or else you may have a hard time selling anything in our community.

All transactions MUST be made using the communication resources within this community either by private message, visitor message, or dealing directly within the topic of sale or trade. All members are strongly encouraged not to email anyone to begin a transaction due to many recent deadbeat sellers who come and go without any communication through the board and lack of response through email. Any member that joins with the purpose to sell but fails to use the communication resources here on Diecast CraZy to fulfill a deal runs the potential of having their listings removed and the potential to be banned from this community.

All transactions need to be entered into the transaction manager by the seller to be covered under our guidelines. The transaction can be initiated by clicking the "Create a Transaction" link on the left hand side of that members post below his/her username, avatar, and info. The seller is responsible for making a deal with the buyer/trader and then filling out the "Transaction Manager" form. The form allows you to select whether you are selling or trading and allows you to enter the items involved in the transaction along with a box to enter the total amount of the sale if applicable. Submitting the form will create a topic in the Transaction Agreements - DCZ Collectors Lounge forum. The buyer must then agree to the terms and the seller should update when the item is paid for or items are received from a trade. The seller must also post when the item(s) are shipped with a tracking number if applicable. Deals that aren't completed when using the "Transaction Manager" will be subject to punishment to the extent of being removed from the community.

I encourage everyone who makes a purchase from a member of this community to use a form of payment that is safe such as PayPal. If paying by PayPal, always keep your PayPal receipt where you can refer back to it if there are issues. If you are paying by money order, please keep your receipt for the money order. You can refer to the seller of the money order and find out the date, time, and place the money order was cashed.

Finally, if you intend to make us your place of business then I encourage you to introduce yourself in our Welcome Center. You will have increased success selling and buying in our community once we get to know a little more about you.

Failure to follow any of these rules can result in removal of all listings and banishment from this community.
