Ok on Ebay i bought two tickets for a local concert that is on Feb 27 i bought and paid for them on Feb 4..the guy lives in Miami FL and the DC# shows them as delivered on Feb 8 11:14am yet i dont have the tickets in my hand..could someone have stole them?And what should i do?O and by the way the tickets were $202.50

Happens more often than you'd think, someone stealing tickets in the mail. I'd give it a few more days before doing anything, but it's definitely something that needs to be taken care of soon. Good luck

Contact EBAY first.I contacted PAYAPL first and it took a little while longer to get a refund.The person at EBAY said to try and always file through EBAY first.The EBAY employee claimed they were a bit faster than PAYPAL.

Thats a lot for 2 tickets, but then again i paid alot to go to Metallica (3 times), Good Luck, i hope the tickets show up, or aleast get your money.
