This post is for those of you that miss having a regular racing collectibles publication. Today I ordered the new bi-annual racing collectible price guides that are coming out in March. This the one that has been out for a while that I am sure that many of you have.

While talking to my account rep at Beckett, he let me know that at the end of this month they are releasing a new quarterly racing collectible magazine to take the place of what they had a while back. This is going to feature NASCAR, NHRA, Indy, and more. It will have a price guide in it as well just like the old Beckett magazines that I am sure many of you remember. The cover price is going to be $9.99 and it should be available the last week of this month. I do not know what to expect with this, but I am looking forward to it as it is better than nothing.

I have been buying the annual Beckett. I may pick up the new quartely, but I don't think it will be as detailed as the annual. Not sure yet. I just picked up the last annual about a month ago.

I never bothered with the mags, I can get all the info i need here and a few other places, and i dont care what a car is worth if i already own it because its priceless to me

I for one do not use the pubs for prices, but rather as a handy checklist to help me research what is available by year and by driver. Sometimes it is hard to keep track of what is released and what is not. Sure there is this forum, eBay, etc. but everyone is different. I am looking forward to it, thanks.

I never use those to see how much something is worth i only buy them to use as a checklist to see what all was made that i had no clue about

Will these be in retail giants or just through dealers?

They should be anywhere. Beckett Media publishes many magazines in addition to the price guides that we are all familiar with. I am guessing that you will be able to get these at any major magazine dealer.
