WELL IT JUST DOESNT GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS FOR A MATT KENSETH FAN.OR A WINSTON CUP FAN.PLEASE READ.UP FOR AUCTION IS A 2003 WINSTON CUP CHAMPION MATT KENSETH CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY.MATTS FIRST AND WINSTON CUPS LAST .THERE WAS ONLY 4 OF THESE TROPHYS MADE. 1 FOR MATT KENSETH,1 FOR JACK ROUSH,1 FOR ROUCH RACING, AND THE 4TH THIS ONE WHICH WENT ON A 2004 NASCAR TOUR.THE ONLY DIFFERNCE IS THIS ONE HAS A BLK TRAVEL BASE INSTALLED. WHICH CAN BE REMOVED.WAS OBTAINED THRU A RETIRED MARKETING AGENT FROM THE CO THAT PUT IT ON TOUR.
THIS TROPHY IS HUGE. IT IS 41 IN TALL, BY 24 IN WIDE, AND 11IN THICK.WEIGHS APPROX 50 LBS.TROPHY WOULD HAVE TO BE PICKED UP.OR CAN BE HAND DELIVERED FOR A MILAGE RATE.JUST WOULD NOT TRUST ANY SHIPPING CO WITH THIS ONE.

I've bought 3 pieces of sheetmetal from this guy in the last year. They're all real! Maybe this really is the 4th extra one that went on the NASCAR tour.

Can't see why it wouldn't be real. If you're going to fake one, I think you'd fake an Earnhardt or Gordon. Shame it's on ebay, but a cool piece to have.

Thanks racer not to good at links, but it says it was a display trophy for the 2004 season not sure if they did that

the thing that makes me leary is...they never mention the 'actual' trophy which would make 5 then? the ORIGINAL trophy handed to matt at the final race is actually in the nascar archives in Daytona beach...it's actually where they keep all the originals...the 'extras' that go to the driver and owner are somewhat smaller...to my knowledge only 'three' are produced...looks pretty authentic....i'll ask around.
