We're a good ways into the Nationwide race as I'm typing this but I have no stake in it so I'm in and out of watching it. I did manage to actually watch the Cup race today devoting most of my attention to watching Tony racing hard for the win. He came up short unfortunately and so did my drivers in the race pool.

Since I won last week I had to be the last to get my numbers and ended up with 9th and 13th. I was pretty pumped about having David Ragan at Richmond because I knew he was...

Well, here we are another race down. If it weren't for the arcade I might have just taken a nap during the race. It was decent, some passing and aggressive driving...at least when trying to avoid the wall. Jimmie was strong...too bad I didn't pick him to win the race in RWT too. He still won for me though...won the pole in RWT and won me $50 at work!

This is the third time I've won the race pool at work this year...I'm finally ahead of the game! Each week it costs $5 and we have 10...

Dave Blaney finished up Happy Hour on top. How many times has this happened? Dave Blaney putting down fast laps. I see it all too often but when it comes crunch time something always goes wrong.

Practice times don't really mean too much, although I have used them to grab the pole bonus in RaceWeek Thunder the past few weeks. This week was the exception which was purely luck considering I had to vote before practice had started due to my work schedule.

Moving on to California this week sounds like a nap in the making already. Last weeks race was in my opinion a fan's race. Look at the most recent Bristol races and the lack of bumping in grinding and when it finally happens it gets heated after the race and NASCAR punishes the guys.

This probation ends right after Talladega. How convenient, right before Charlotte and Martinsville. I think both drivers will respect each other enough not to take one another out until Martinsville but...
