Default KURT BUSCH signature variations

Ok gang. I'm going to post some Variations of Kurt's signature. These will Start with Kurt's 1st OFFICIAL Hero card from his rookie Winston Cup season and end with two photos that were signed last Friday in Daytona.

All of these were signed in-person for me. I will list how they were signed ( Sit Down signing or Rushed ). You will be able to see the differences.

1. Sit Down:

2. Sit Down:

3: Sit Down:

4. Rushed:

5: Sit Down:

6: Rushed:

7. Sit Down:

8: Rushed:

9: Rushed:

10: Rushed:

11: Rushed:

This shows that although Kurt has kept his pattern intact, there are signifigant variations to his signature when he is rushed compared to his sit down ( meet and greet ) signings.

I always thought Kurt had a nice looking signature. I've got two diecasts and a few postcard signed by him.

As most true collectors know, Part of the driver's job is to Sign autographs as often as possible, In fact, they are paid for it at times.

Kurt's signature does not lose as much between the patiently signed v.s. rushed as other drivers are.

Kurt is the easiest of all modern drivers to obtain signatures from as he usually does Merchandise Hauler signings and has for years. His signature really has no value, which keeps forgers away from it as well.

Most true collectors? What exactly is your definition of a true collector?

I've been collecting for the better part of 15 years and could really care less about getting a drivers signature. Some collectors enjoy that but for me it's never been a big deal.

You take yourself way to seriously and your endless bloviating is getting a bit stale.

I think if Kurt Busch were here, he would say the same thing and also make sure he doesn't sign for this guy again.

It's one thing to collect a driver's signatures (which he has done), its another to do so and then profit on it. If you say that everyone does it that's a BS excuse, people pay money for these stuff because people come in suitcases, get 50+ things signed, and then sell them on e-Bay while actual collectors have to resort to buying from there.

Wow never noticed the dramatic difference between rushed auto's. Never compared them. Thanks for sharing with us!

Obviously, I do take autograph collecting seriously. As I have since 1987 at the Daytona 500 where I was introduced to the hobby.

Just as others take their collections serious. That's what makes the world go around. Thankfully, you won't need any information that we are sharing.

Nothing to cry about. You don't care for autographs which is perfectly fine. Others can't go without them.
