Bowyer question...

Yesterday, I found out that I won a contest through the Hartford Racing website. I will recieve a prize package of a Bowyer T-shirt, a Bowyer diecast, and a Bowyer canvas print...the car and print will be autographed.

According to the site, it will be a Harford paint scheme; and according to the Hartford rep that left a message for me, it will be 1:24 scale. I was wondering if you knew anything about this scheme (avialble to general public, special offers, employee only promo, etc.) and how many would be made if available.

The diecast was originally offered to all networks in the Platinum Series. It was cancelled to the regular networks but apparently was purchased by corporate. It will most likely be a Gold Series 1:24.

It was offered thru The Hartford Racing website as a scavenger hunt contest, which I believe has ended. They had like 10 winners a day picked randomly from questions answered. I think member Travis from here won a set also. He said the merchandise would ship in about 30 days after Clint signed the litho's, and the diecast is 1/24th. Hope this helps.

I won it through the website as well, but it was the FIRST 10 correct entries after the question was posted after 3:33 PM EDT, not just 10 random entries...This will be my 3rd diecast signed by Clint, but the first one not gotten in person and the first one that wasn't made in 2007. I have the JD and the DirecTV schemes from 2007 signed...

Not I got to call them up and see if I can get the T shirt in my size...I'm a bit husky...LOL
