last check on the Truex car was it was still pending approvals. We can see what they say about the other cars. It looks like they are kind of winding down the year. We got the Holiday cars sales sheets on Friday. I'm not sur ehow many more paint schemes we are going to see for 2009. I know they are suppose to race some at Richmond in September but as of now I'm not sure if we are goin to see these because of a late delivery.

are they doing another chevy rock and roll type paint scheme thing? or are a bunch of drivers just coincidentally running special schemes there.

I was wondering that as well. Hope they show us something soon and if it is a rock theme that they have some good bands

The race sponsor for Richmond is Chevy and it's theme is the Rock and Roll 400. There were suppose to be some drivers participating is this theme. Have not been told yet which ones and if they are still participating. If history repeats itself we should see some from the RCR camp, Hendrick Camp, and for sure the Tony Stewart Camp. All of this also depends on their current primary sponsor and if they are willing to give up the base look of the car and some sponosrship rights. Stay tuned we should see something I would think by early August. I would not look for these diecast to arrive if produced though until December or maybe January 2010. We will probably be taking orders on the primary paint schemes for next year by late September. Once this happens these cars will be released before any of these late season cars so they are all here for Daytona 2010. Anything we see advertised after September will probably ship earliest January or February of next year.
