Picking up the National Gaurd cars this week from my local NASCAR store, the dealer seems to think that Gordon's White Ice from last year's Atlanta race still has a chance to be made in 1:64. She said it is still on some list somewhere.
Can you lend or detract any credibility here?

I was wondering if you had heard when the 1/24th Smoke 2 car would be shipping?

The 1:64 Gordon white ice diecast was canceled for all hobby stores. I do not think it will be offered in a promo either.

The Smoke II diecast are starting to arrive now. Currently the only scale that has arrived is the 1:64 pit stop.

any word on Truex Turkey car?

On the Truex Turkey car . I have heard nothing new on this yet. It kind of surprises me but is does'nt and here's why. There are rumors that Truex will be leaving the #1 team after this year. If this diecast were to be scheduled to be made it would arrive right before or after it's a known fact that he is leaving the team. The problem this presents is the issue of dead inventory. When a driver leaves a team most of the goods go up in smoke that are on the shelves. In most cases the diecast sell for 40 cents on a dollar or less. This could be the hold up on this.

Thats kinda the attitude people had last year with Smoke leaving Gibbs
