Action® Packed Giveaway Rules and Information

Back in January 2009, Diecast CraZy launched the new Action® Packed Giveaways.

The giveaways run the duration of 3 months or a quarter of the year. A total of 3 separate giveaways will take place at the end of each quarter.

One topic to enter the Action® Packed Giveaway will be posted per quarter and any member (with one or more posts) can enter at anytime during the giveaway.

When you are ready to enter all you have to do is click the (Enter) button in the giveaway topic at the bottom of the first post. You will be added to the group of entrants and will no longer be given the option to enter for the remainder of that giveaway.

The giveaway topic will be closed to replies but will be open for the entry 'enter'.

Drawing for the 1/64 cars will take place at the end of the giveaway and everyone who entered will be eligible to win. Once the 1/64 winners have been drawn those name will go back into the pile for the 1/24 giveaway.

• I will draw a total of 4 names. The first 3 will be for the 1/64's and 1/24. The 4th will be a backup winner. The 3 actual winners will have up to 2 weeks (14 days) to give me their address. After that time period (on the 15th day) if I haven't gotten a reason as to why I haven't gotten an address then the prize(s) (yes, prizes, however many are left from not being claimed) will go to the backup winner. As it is my responsibility to record and maintain the giveaways every quarter, it is everyone who enters responsibility to check to see if you've won!

I am only interested in the 1/24. Can I just click "THANKS" anytime, and have you know I only want the 1/24? That way I can get the entrance outta the way, and not have to worry about it again? Don't wanna forget by having to wait for the last month of the quarter.

To eliminate all confusion, I have made it to where anyone can enter at anytime and everyone will have the same chances at each car.

I overlook the date of the thanks and just go by who entered. ALL names go into the bowl and 2 will be drawn for each 1/64. After they are drawn those names go back into the bowl for the 1/24 along with everyone else who entered. This makes it easier on me as well.

If anyone happens to win a 1/64 or even the 1/24 and doesn't want what they win then the prize(s) can be passed on to the 4th drawn name...the backup winner.
