Matt and Kate constantly battled, investigators told a British court. This time, though, Matt pulled Kate's hair, and pushed her into a wall. He was furious because the shower leaked and the carpet got wet. Matt got probation, instead of jail, because he works for the National Health Service (NHS). He was "heavily involved" in the Zero Tolerance Campaign Against Domestic Violence. He had recently been promoted to anger management counselor. The promotion was rescinded, but he was allowed to return to work at NHS.
